Практика Формирования Кадрового Резерва Организации

Abstract

В статье рассматривается практика формирования кадрового резерва в зарубежных и российских организациях. Сформулированы факторы, влияющие на создание резерва кадров. Делается вывод о том, что одно из направлений работы с кадровым резервом это воспитание преемников, то есть кандидатов на замещение конкретных позиций высшего звена. С другой стороны отбор молодых сотрудников с лидерским потенциалом для руководящей работы в будущем.
