Abstract

Автор дает сравнительное представление о модернизации внешеэкономического комплекса регионов зарубежных стран и России. Подробно анализируются различные точки зрения о подходе к высокотехнологичной модернизации ВЭКР. Вместе с тем автором обозначаются проблемы, препятствующие осуществлению модернизации внешнеэкономического комплекса российских регионов. Предлагаются актуальные направления модернизации, в которых деятельность ВЭКР России может быть более эффективной и конкурентоспособной.
