Abstract

В предлагаемой статье рассматривается влияние институциональной системы на формы реализации социального капитала. Автором выделены элементы институциональной системы, являющиеся базовыми в формировании социального капитала. Определены параметры институциональной среды, оказывающие решающее воздействие на качественные характеристики социального капитала. Рассмотрено партнерство как социально-значимая форма реализации социального капитала.
