Abstract

одним из направлений реформирования жилищно-коммунального хозяйства является привлечение инвестиционных ресурсов для обновления основных производственных фондов. В связи с чем остро встает вопрос о формировании системы методов оценки эффективности капитальных вложений в предприятия сферы ЖКХ. В настоящей работе через построение модели оценки эффективности капитальных вложений, определение сильных сторон, проблем и влияния внешней среды сформирована матрица решений, позволяющая сформировать систему методов оценки эффективности капитальных вложений в жилищно-коммунальный сектор.
