Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению вопроса критерия возрастного различия сексуальных партнёров. В ней подробно описана проблема применения критерия возрастного различия сексуальных партнёров в уголовном законодательстве России и ряда зарубежных стран, рассмотрены понятия «возраст сексуального согласия», «брачный возраст», «половая зрелость», а так же проведено сравнение с зарубежным уголовным законодательством в рамках рассматриваемого вопроса. Выявлены пробелы российского уголовного законодательства, и предложены способы их решения.
