Abstract

Процедура и основания освобождения от должности отдельных субъектов публичного права являются существенным элементом их правового статуса. В статье исследуются основания освобождения от должности уполномоченных по правам человека в субъектах Приволжского федерального органа. Проводится анализ регионального законодательства и влияния отдельных оснований освобождения на уровень независимости омбудсменов.
