Abstract

В представленной статье автор высказывает точку зрения, что сегодня преимущественное право, не имеет эффективных механизмов защиты, а те способы защиты, которые установлены законом либо неприменимы на практике, либо применимы со значительными оговорками и сопряжены с целым рядом несоответствий и противоречий.
