Оценка Социо-Эколого-Экономического Развития Аграрных Регионов Юга России

Abstract

Целью настоящей статьи является осуществление комплексной социо-эколого-экономической оценки аграрно ориентированных регионов Юга России. Наряду с традиционными подходами нами предлагается использовать многомерные методы сравнения, позволяющие получать обобщающие рейтинговые оценки уровня развития как в целом, так и в разрезе отдельных направлений: экологическое, экономическое и социальное. Практическое использование такого подхода позволяет дополнить качественные характеристики устойчивости и сбалансированности развития количественными оценками, что по нашему мнению может найти широкое применение при решении задач стратегического планирования и программирования.
