Abstract

все категории земель подвержены риску деградации, что должно учитываться при определении стоимости земель и создании механизма защиты имущественных интересов участников земельного рынка. Для минимизации взаимных претензий в вопросах оценки земель, которые в настоящее время являются ключевыми, и успешного развития рыночных земельных отношений необходимо использовать механизмы как обязательного, так и добровольного страхования.
