Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу концепции должной осмотрительности налогоплательщика при выборе им контрагента и его добросовестности. Автором анализируется современное состояние законодательства и судебной практики при толковании указанной доктрины для решения вопроса о получении налогоплательщиком налоговой выгоды.
