О Регистрации Изменений В Сведениях О Юридических Лицах В России

Abstract

В статье анализируются вопросы внесения изменений в сведения об юридических лицах. Показано, что эта процедура весьма сложна и запутанна. Формы документов, установленные для этой процедуры сложны и противоречивы. Предлагается упростить процедуру внесения изменений в сведения об юридических лицах посредством четкой формализации документов и отмены предоставления в регистрирующие органы уставов создаваемых юридических лиц.
