Abstract

В статье подробно рассматривается вопрос воссоздания ювенальной юстиции в России. Речь идет не только о системе судебных органов, но и о ряде сопутствующих подразделений и служб, например, создание службы пробации для несовершеннолетних как неотъемлемой части полноценной системы правосудия в отношении несовершеннолетних, оказавшихся в конфликте с законом. Отдельное внимание уделяется подготовке и назначению судей и помощников судей. Судьи, специализирующиеся на рассмотрении дел о преступлениях несовершеннолетних и внедряющие в уголовное судопроизводство ювенальные технологии, должны использовать знания не только в области права, но и знания детской психологии, педагогики, криминологии, виктимологии, конфликтологии, взаимодействуя со специалистами психологами, педагогами, социальными работниками органов социальной защиты населения. Сегодня развитие ювенальной юстиции является у нас точкой приложения сил законодательных, исполнительных и судебных органов, органов местного самоуправления, различных институтов гражданского общества.
