Abstract

Данная статья характеризует специфику вопроса сегментации в маркетинге услуг и в частности на рынке парикмахерских услуг. Рассматриваемые подходы к выделению сегмента мужского потребления парикмахерских услуг имеют теоретический и практический потенциал.
