Abstract

1. Цель научной работы: оценка современного состояния регулирования отношений в сфере спорта в России, а также анализ методов, используемых в таких зарубежных странах как Англия, Германия, Франция. И создание на основе этих исследований системы мер борьбы с подкупами в сфере спорта в современной России. 2. Методы проведения исследования: исторический метод, системный метод, метод сравнительного анализа. 3. Основные результаты научного исследования: разработка системы мер, позволяющих решать задача по эффективному решению проблем связанных с подкупом в сфере спорта.
