Виртуальные Организации Южного Федерального Округа: Оценка Эффективности Системы Управления

Abstract

Актуальность статьи обусловлена активным развитием виртуальных организаций в экономике России. В статье проведен анализ результатов исследования эффективности системы управления данными компаниями. Выявлено, что система управления виртуальными организациями: основана на горизонтальной сетевой форме управления; происходит на основе оптимизационных процедур и на базе информационных технологий; предполагает высокую частоту изменения структуры участников сети; отличается высокой степенью сложности процессов и пр. Предложено использовать инфраструктуру, позволяющую сократить трансакционные издержки и увеличить скорость выполнения заказа.
