Abstract

В статье автор, проводя анализ материалов, показывает, что неблагоприятное взаимодействие личности и государства со ссылкой на необходимость выполнения международных обязательств может привести к тому, что целесообразность управленческой деятельности потеряет свое функциональное предназначение.
