Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются особенности борьбы цензурного комитета с общественной мыслью по уставам XIX в., отношений между авторами и цензурным комитетом. Статья посвящена вопросу, который не потерял своей актуальности и в настоящее время. Авторы обращаются к процессу зарождения авторского права в России. Статья представляет интерес для историков права, юристов, преподавателей и студентов.
