Abstract

В статье рассматриваются условия, принципы и задачи по формирования эффективной системы стимулирования труда персонала вузов преподавателей высшей школы. Выявлены основные направления воздействие на трудовую мотивацию персонала вузов. Рассмотрены индикаторы результативности воздействия на трудовую мотивацию персонала для оценки уровня эффективности этих воздействий. Особое внимание уделяется анализу препятствий на пути воздействия на трудовую мотивацию персонала высших учебных заведений.
