Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию направлений совершенствования организационной структуры сбытовой компании, занятой обеспечением нефтепродуктами в регионе. Рассматриваются подходы к оптимизации организационной структуры управления. Особое внимание уделяется созданию Логистического центра в рамках компании как важнейшего направления совершенствования региональной системы товародвижения.
