Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности механизма гражданско-правовой ответственности сторон основного договора и субдоговора в сфере передачи имущества во временное владение и пользование. На основе комплексного анализа основного договора и субдоговора автор предполагает возможным ответственность между сторонами, которые прямо не связаны между собой договором.
