Abstract

В статье рассмотрена актуальность процессов планирования и бюджетирования деятельности компании в условиях кризиса. Автор проанализировал оптимальные подходы к формированию бюджета компании, акцентированию деятельности на тактических антикризисных мерах и эффективном использовании всех возможностей компании для динамичного управления стратегией компании. Эффективное бизнес-планирование позволит минимизировать риски оперативной и инвестиционной деятельности компании, контролируя, со-гласовывая и адаптируя все стороны жизнедеятельности компании в нестабильных условиях.
