Abstract

В настоящей статье предпринята попытка выделить проблемы, связанные с определением непосредственного объекта преступления регистрация незаконных сделок с землей в России. Автор анализирует объект заведомо незаконной регистрации сделок с землей и сложности его определения на практике. В представленной статье также рассматриваются особенности регистрации сделок с землей в России, существенные для правовой оценки земельных правонарушений. Кроме того, в представленной статье автор рассматривает соотношение норм Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации, устанавливающих уголовную ответственность за земельные правонарушения, и корреспондирующих с ними норм гражданского и земельного права.
