Возможности Применения В Российской Практике Исполнительного Производства Действий Зарубежных Судебных Приставов-Исполнителей

Abstract

В настоящей статье проанализированы положительные моменты в деятельности судебных-приставов исполнителей за рубежом, которые было бы желательно учесть и использовать в российском законодательстве, а также описаны процедуры, позволяющие достичь максимального эффекта (возвращение долга взыскателю без ущемления прав должника с минимальными временными затратами на розыск имущества, его реализацию и непосредственно на сам процесс исполнительного производства).
