Возмещение Убытков По Договору Аренды Земельных Участков С Участием Субъектов Малого И Среднего Предпринимательства

Abstract

Порядок возмещения убытков зависит в каждом конкретном случае от его характера, поскольку помимо гражданского кодекса, он может определяться специальными нормативными актами, регламентирующими возмещение в определенной сфере, т.е. индивидуальными актами органов государственной власти и местного самоуправления, конкретными обстоятельствами или договоренностью сторон либо решением суда. В данной статье рассмотрены особенности осуществления гражданско-правовой ответственности сторон по договору аренды земельного участка с участием субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства в части возмещения убытков.
