Об Оспаривании Зачета В Гражданском Праве

Abstract

В представленной статье анализируется основания оспаривания зачета, признание заявления о зачете недействительным. Автор считает что признание заявления о зачете недействительным ни в коей мере не должно препятствовать повторному его заявлению в случае, если обстоятельства, которые послужили причиной для оспаривания зачета, были устранены.
