Abstract

Предлагаемая статья посвящена такой актуальной проблеме уголовного права, как взаимосвязь женской преступности и проституции. Автор раскрывает женское поведение в конфликтных ситуациях, исследует проституцию как социальное явление, предлагает методы борьбы с проституцией. Вносит предложение легализовать проституцию и закрепить ее в нашей правовой системе.
