Abstract

Европейский суд по правам человека является наднациональным органом правосудия и одним из важнейших институтов интеграции Российской Федерации с Европейским сообществом. Поэтому данная статья посвящена исследованию основных направлений деятельности Европейского суда, а также связанных с ними проблем российской судебной практики.
