К Вопросу О Законодательном Определении Понятия Публичной Службы

Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость выделения в системе административного права правового института публичной службы. Автором предлагается разработать федеральный закон «Об основах публичной службы Российской Федерации», в котором закрепить правовые нормы, устанавливающие общие правила прохождения государственной и муниципальной службы.
