Abstract

в статье рассматриваются различные подходы к толкованию критериев и признаков, образующих понятие мер нетарифного характера. На основе анализа многочисленных научных взглядов зарубежных и отечественных исследователей в области изучения нетарифных мер международной торговли, а также юридической неопределенности данных дефиниций, повышающих субъективизм трактовок, автор предлагает свой взгляд на решение данного вопроса.
