Abstract

В статье выявлены факторы риска, влияющие на развитие агропромышленного комплекса России и проблемы эффективного использования земель сельскохозяйственного назначения в условиях недостатка собственного продовольствия и роста объемов его импорта. Предложены пути их снижения. Негативное влияние роста цен, недостаточная оснащенность техникой, горюче-смазочными материалами, кредитования, государственной поддержки сельхозпроизводителей, ограничивают возможности большей части сельскохозяйственных товаропроизводителей осуществлять расширенное воспроизводство и инновационные проекты, перехода к новым ресурсосберегающим технологиям и на этой основе реализации модели ускоренного экономического развития. Предпринята попытка сравнения плановых показателей Государственной программы развития АПК до 2020 г. и существующего положения в отдельных отраслях агропромышленного комплекса России.
