В настоящей статье автор исследует вопрос правовой природы ответственности за недостатки товаров, работ и услуг, особенности юридического соучастия производителя и продавца товаров, работ и услуг в отношении по возмещению вреда. По результатам проведенного исследования автором сформулирован ряд выводов
