Abstract

В статье рассматривается роль прокуратуры в сфере предупреждения и ликвидации последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций. Исследуются вопросы ответственности работников прокуратуры за ненадлежащее исполнение своих должностных обязанностей. Анализируются различные виды юридической ответственности, к которой могут быть привлечены работники прокуратуры, исследуются особенности и условия привлечения к ответственности. Затрагиваются особенности возмещения вреда за счет казны Российской Федерации.
