Выявление Факторов Кредитоспособности Компаний Российского Тэк На Основе Анализа Рейтинговых Оценок

Abstract

Крупнейшие компании ТЭК входят в число приоритетных заемщиков коммерческих банков, для которых вопрос управления экономическим капиталом имеет первостепенное значение. В связи с этим возникает необходимость в построении комплексной оценки кредитоспособности заемщика, включающей анализ бизнес рисков, финансовых рисков и рисков, непосредственно связанных с реализацией кредитной сделки. В качестве методологической основы анализа кредитоспособности компаний ТЭК можно использовать подходы крупнейших рейтинговых агентств. К числу наиболее значимых факторов кредитоспосбности следует отнести стратегическую поддержку со стороны государства, доступ к кредитным ресурсам, налоговый режим, динамику валютного курса, цены на энергоносители.
