Abstract

в статье на примере конкретного региона (Ставропольский край) проведен детальный анализ факторов и возможностей создания эффективной системы регионального менеджмента. Автор делает ключевой вывод, что в Ставропольском крае сформированы реальные предпосылки для завоевания прочных конкурентных позиций за счет имеющегося природно-ресурсного потенциала, агроклиматических условий, приоритетных отраслей промышленности, электроэнергетического комплекса, оптовой и розничной торговли.
