Abstract

Интеграция России в мировое сообщество сопровождается значительным притоком мигрантов на ее территорию. По масштабам миграции Россия занимает второе место в мире после США. По экспертным оценкам количество нелегальных мигрантов в России варьируется до 15 млн. человек, из которых около 90% граждане СНГ. При этом на территории Южного федерального округа, по некоторым оценкам, концентрируется до 300 тысяч нелегальных мигрантов
