Abstract

Статья посвящена определению характера лицензионных ограничений в праве США. В статье освещаются вопросы отнесения таких ограничений к правам или привилегиям, последствия разрешения данного вопроса для правового института в целом. Также рассматривается взаимосвязь лицензионных ограничений и права на труд. Статья может быть полезна студентам юридических вузов и юристам-практикам, а также всем, интересующимся проблемами административного права.
