Abstract

Одним из основных лимитирующих факторов совершенствования прогнозирования социально-экономического развития страны и отдельных регионов является ограниченность финансовых и людских ресурсов. В статье поднимается вопрос о необходимости формирования такой отрасли коммерческой деятельности как прогнозирование, предлагаются конкретные шаги, которые должны быть предприняты со стороны государства для достижения положительного эффекта в данном направлении.
