Abstract

статья посвящена исследованию пенсионного обеспечения военнослужащих вооруженных сил ведущих стран членов НАТО и Японии. В ней, в частности, установлено, что в этих государствах военнослужащим, ветеранам военной службы, военным пенсионерам официально предоставлены многочисленные социально-значимые льготы и привилегии, позволяющие им не испытывать особых материально-бытовых, финансовых трудностей, как в период военной службы, так и после ее окончания. В свою очередь, это привлекает на военную службу добровольцев, способствует сохранению в национальных вооруженных силах высококвалифицированных специалистов.
