Abstract

Целью статьи анализ роли женщины-руководителя в управлении предприятия народного хозяйства и, в целом, экономическом пространстве Российской экономики. Предметом исследования яв-ляется женщина-руководитель в управлении организации и отраслями народного хозяйства, особенности развития и эволюции понятия «женщина-руководитель», характер проявления ее деловых качеств в экономике, гендерная специфика ее управленческих решений и составляющие формирования имиджа. Выводы в результате проведенной работы могут быть использованы в разработках программных учебных курсов, спецкурсов по экономике, менеджменту, политологии, феминологии и социологии.
