Abstract

В работе представлена формализационная схема предварительной организационной деятельности по формированию наиболее эффективного состава участников реализации исходного инвестиционного замысла. Предполагается наличие координационного центра и неоднородного набора соисполнителей, выдвигающих независимые условия делового сотрудничества. Сформулирована иерархически структурированная оптимизационная постановка, обсуждается аналитический потенциал ее последующего прикладного обобщения.
