Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы теории и практики выявления существующих причин и условий совершения преступлений, связанных с нарушением правил безопасности ведения строительных работ на современном этапе. Автор анализирует совокупность факторов, снижающих состояние защищенности участников данного вида деятельности от возможных последствий, связанных с возникновением опасной производственной ситуацией, личностью преступника, социально-правовыми и организационно-техническими недостатками, что позволяет разрабатывать меры по их предупреждению в будущем.
