Наличие Конституций Как Универсальное Явление В Государственном Праве

Abstract

В настоящее время признано, что наличие Конституции у государства – одно из важнейших универсальных явлений современного права. Именно по этой причине, именно Конституция является основным объектом изучения конституционного права. Кроме Конституции другими источниками конституционного права традиционно считаются: законы по наиболее важным вопросам государственного устройства (избирательный закон, законы о партиях и общественных организациях, судоустройстве); решения, принятые путём референдума, декларации прав; решения, принятые в порядке судебного конституционного контроля; в ряде стран − конституционные обычаи; в мусульманских государствах − предписания Корана.
