Abstract

В статье рассматриваются и анализируются вопросы судебной практики, связанные как с созданием в Республике Коми национального парка «Югыд ва», так и с неоднократными попытками изменить его территорию. За годы, прошедшие с момента создания данной особо охраняемой природной территории в 1994 году, также неоднократно имели место попытки изменения правового статуса «Югыд ва», что недопустимо и противоречит федеральному законодательству. Точку в череде бесконечных разбирательств поставил 21 августа 2013 г. Верховный суд РФ. Однако возможность обжаловать данное решение в первой инстанции в апелляционной коллегии Верховного суда РФ дает основание полагать, что до полного разрешения конфликта еще далеко.
