Abstract

Анализируя «Судебник Давида, сына Алавика», в работе указаны какие правовые идеи и институты получили отражение в этом источнике средневекового армянского права. Разделяя нормы «Судебника» на определенные группы, авторы отмечают, какие вопросы были урегулированы «Судебником Давида, сына Алавика».
