Abstract

Статья содержит в себе призыв к развертыванию дискуссии о необходимости институционального развития лоббизма и его правовой регламентации в современной социальной ситуации. Проводимая здесь идея авторов состоит в том, чтобы, «оседлать» лоббизм, превратив его в подконтрольную социально – полезную деятельность. Ниже рассматривается повод к постановке этого вопроса, кратко излагаются современные представления о корнях и реалиях лоббизма, делается вывод о резком повышении ценности лоббизма, об усилении его коррупционной составляющей в современной ситуации, намечаются возможные предмет и направления дискуссии.
