Abstract

В статье проанализирован правовой аспект деятельности службы экономической безопасности предприятий по производству и переработке драгоценных металлов, выявлены проблемы в законодательстве, регулирующем сохранность драгоценных металлов при их производстве, переработке, использовании, обращении, эксплуатации и транспортировке. Статья представляет интерес для специалистов в области экономической безопасности золотоплатиновой отрасли.
