Abstract

В статье автор обосновал и сформулировал статью уголовного кодекса, устраняющую за-конодательный пробел: Неправомерный доступ должностного лица, а также государственного служащего или служащего органа местного самоуправления, не являющегося должностным лицом к охраняемой законом компьютерной информации, совершенный из корыстной или иной личной заинтересованности, если это деяние повлекло уничтожение, блокирование, модификацию либо копирование информации, нарушение работы ЭВМ, системы ЭВМ или их сети.
