Abstract

В данной статье с разных сторон освещаются вопросы реализации права на защиту чести, достоинства и деловой репутации. Как с юридической точки зрения, так и с точки зрения простого обывателя уделяется немалое внимание проблеме защиты данного права в сети интернет, а также рассматривается такое явление как «черный пиар».
