Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается вопросы участия прокуратуры в координации деятельности правоохранительных органов в Казахстане, автором рассмотрены различные теоретические концепции российских и казахстанских ученых по данным проблемам. Также анализируются положения законодательства Республики Казахстан.
