Abstract

В условиях глобализации одной из основных целей компании является поиск конкурентных преимуществ на рынке. В статье анализируются различные механизмы и формы привлечения финансового капитала для повышения конкурентоспособности ТНК на мировых рынках. Авторы выделяют две группы инструментов, позволяющих получить возможность использовать новые основные фонды в хозяйственной деятельности в условиях рыночной экономики: обеспечивающих приобретение новых основных фондов в собственность и обеспечивающих приобретение новых основных фондов во временное пользование (приобретение возможности использовать) и исследуют возможности их применения ТНК
